  I absolutely love my new home from South Park Homes! I bought it back in the summer of 2016 and it was installed on my property in the fall of the same year. From start to finish, the team was fantastic – incredibly professional, patient, and courteous. They really took the time to walk me through the whole buying process and explained all the financing options clearly. Everyone involved, from the construction crews to the site foreman and the company owners, was so helpful, keeping me updated every step of the way until the project was complete. Now, over a year later, I’m absolutely thrilled with my new home. It’s incredibly well-built and insulated, which is a huge benefit considering our harsh Michigan winters – we’ve stayed wonderfully warm, even when it’s freezing out!   It’s a lovely little place – the houses are beautiful and you can wander around and really enjoy them. Just a reminder that the property is under surveillance, but it’s a really pleasant experience overall, and the residents are incredibly welcoming. report abuse
