Dealing with this rental company was a really frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I had limited options due to the location of the property, which led me to choose them. My primary issue was with the service – John, the representative I worked with, was consistently rude and difficult to communicate with. To add to the problem, I was later billed incorrectly for the machine, stemming from a misunderstanding with my credit card information.
