  Dealing with this rental company was a really frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I had limited options due to the location of the property, which led me to choose them. My primary issue was with the service – John, the representative I worked with, was consistently rude and difficult to communicate with. To add to the problem, I was later billed incorrectly for the machine, stemming from a misunderstanding with my credit card information. report abuse

  “I was initially asked for an $800 deposit, and I was told it would be returned to my account by 7:30 am the following day. However, as of today, I still haven't received the refund.   “I’ve been trying to rent equipment from this place for a while now, and it’s been frustrating. The salesperson seemed completely uninterested in helping me find an excavator or a screen. He told me they didn’t have any available, but I’ve actually seen several machines lined up waiting to be rented when I’ve driven by – it seems like some of the staff aren’t particularly focused on assisting customers.” report abuse
