Seriously, I would strongly advise against working with this company. Based on my experience, their practices are questionable and the contract is not worth your time or money. It’s best to steer clear – you’ll likely end up regretting it.

Honestly, I think you should explore other options – there are definitely better security companies available. And, I’d advise against a five-year contract; it’s worth looking at something more flexible. I’d recommend giving Alarm.com a serious look, though.
