  Tom did an absolutely fantastic job installing the new pool liner at my place last autumn. It was a tricky job – he had to replace it under my deck and fence – but the liner looks amazing! What really stood out was that he also took the time to fix a few minor issues with the pool, just to make things safer and more convenient. I can’t recommend him highly enough! report abuse

  I was really pleased with the whole pool installation – the team was fantastic! They were so professional and worked incredibly hard, even with the extreme heat we were dealing with.   Tom and his team were fantastic! They were incredibly professional and friendly, and it was so easy to communicate with them – they always responded quickly to my texts and clearly knew exactly what needed to be done. The pool was delivered last Friday and installed by Tuesday, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole process and the beautiful results. I highly recommend them! report abuse

  Tom and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job replacing the liner in our 15x30 pool. It’s an older pool and had some noticeable wear and tear, but they really went above and beyond to get it looking brand new. They quickly and expertly resolved a few minor issues, and honestly, we couldn’t be happier with the results. It looked amazing at our 4th of July party – a huge success! We really appreciate their skill and experience; they truly saved our summer.   I was incredibly disappointed with the entire experience. First, it felt completely pointless to mark out the area where I wanted the debris removed, as it clearly wasn't actually done. I regret not saying something at the time, but I didn't want to cause a problem. My husband and I spent four long hours moving the dirt ourselves. Then, I paid for a safety fence to be installed, but the installer didn’t even bother to put it up. He questioned my pricing – which I’d gotten directly from his website – and then just said he was too tired to do it. His crew showed up before him the next day, and due to a lack of clear communication, I accidentally filled the pool higher than instructed. The crew member involved was incredibly unprofessional about it. Honestly, I expected a more professional response, especially from a business. To make matters worse, my son overheard them speaking negatively about me, and two weeks later, the fence is already falling apart – it looks like they cut it short and the screws didn’t properly attach. Overall, it was a very frustrating and poorly handled situation. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. They completely ruined my yard, killing all the grass – not just around the pool, but everywhere. Adding to the frustration, their customer service is nonexistent; they won’t even answer the phone. To top it off, the final bill was shockingly higher than the agreed-upon $925, jumping to $1,119 with a $200 deposit that I’m still waiting to be returned. I absolutely would not recommend them to anyone. report abuse
