From the very beginning, Sobir, the owner, was fantastic – he really listened to our needs and helped us create a detailed plan for the work. His initial proposal was thorough and his pricing was incredibly competitive. He accurately estimated the time it would take, and the crew did a truly excellent job, being both professional and really diligent. Sobir was also amazing at handling any changes we needed to make, always keeping the project on track.   Overall, I had a really positive experience with this roofing company. They were incredibly professional, arrived on time, and did a thorough job repairing my shingles and addressing the issues with my roof. I especially appreciated them pointing out that the remaining rotted wood would require a full framing replacement by a specialist – that was really helpful. They cleaned up beautifully, including painting the facea board, and even went the extra mile to install a security door for me, expertly fitting a standard door to make it work. However, I did feel the price for the door installation was a little high, especially considering the senior discount they gave me. It seemed like they were trying to balance the discount with that particular expense, which I could understand given my budget as a senior living alone.   Sobir and his team did an absolutely fantastic job working on my house. They painted five rooms and power washed and stained my deck – everything was done with such a high standard of quality. What really stood out was their professionalism; they were always punctual, incredibly meticulous in their work, and you could tell they took real pride in what they were doing. I used them twice for very different jobs – repairing steam damage to my ceiling and fixing a broken garbage disposal – and they were both incredibly efficient and accommodating. They were able to get the work done quickly and fit it around my schedule, which was a huge relief.
