  Overall, Ben and his team did a fantastic job getting us back into our apartment after the devastating flood. They completely replaced the entire floor and repainted, and honestly, they were in and out in a remarkably short time – though it did feel a little rushed at times. We did run into some minor issues with the subcontractors, which caused a couple of delays and a bit of chaos towards the end as things weren’t quite finished. Despite that, Ben was always incredibly responsive and kept us reassured throughout the whole process. It was stressful navigating around the workers and the cleaning wasn't always up to par, but the team was diligent about coming back to finalize the work and get everything done. report abuse

  Ben from Titanium did a fantastic job fixing our brownstone’s leaky roof. He was incredibly professional, especially considering the challenges we faced with the permitting process due to COVID delays.   This experience was incredibly frustrating. I initially requested a quote and, after three days, was immediately asked about my availability for a call. This repeated questioning about my schedule continued for another week, and then another, without any initial proposal or clear communication about the project. Finally, they asked if they could help me – it felt like they weren’t genuinely interested in moving forward. It’s clear there was a lack of professionalism and a disappointing customer service experience, and I’m questioning the validity of other positive reviews.” report abuse
