  “I’m seriously concerned about the current situation here. It seems like the team is completely burned out – people look exhausted and it’s clear they haven’t had a break in a very long time. There’s no external factor causing this, and while there’s a lot of construction going on, there’s a significant lack of support being provided. Most importantly, I’m worried about employee well-being and safety; the long hours and lack of rest create a serious risk. I also observed what appeared to be a potential OSHA violation regarding worker safety and need that addressed immediately.” report abuse

  “I’m extremely disappointed with Entergy’s service in my neighborhood. There have been repeated power outages, and it’s clear they haven’t taken the necessary steps to prevent them. They initially didn’t properly secure the transformers, and then had to return multiple times to complete the work. The most frustrating part was experiencing a power outage mid-work, only to discover the issue was just down the street. Adding to this, they damaged my property – hitting a no parking sign – and despite my polite requests and promises of a quick fix, the damage remains unresolved. It’s unacceptable that Entergy would prioritize cost over reliable service and responsible conduct.” report abuse

  “I was incredibly disappointed with this service. We wasted a whole afternoon waiting for them to arrive, and they never showed up. They didn’t even bother to call, and then we had to fight to get a refund for the upfront fee they charged us.   “I just wanted to say what a fantastic job the crew did today! I watched them working on the highway in Pensacola – eight trucks, two with booms setting up a pole and lines, and a light. The way they were working together was incredible; it was really impressive precision teamwork.
