“I can’t recommend K&P General Contracting. Our experience was absolutely disastrous. We were trying to remodel our home after Hurricane Harvey, and from the very beginning, they were completely unprofessional and unreliable. They essentially took advantage of our insurance settlement, draining $200,000 plus the money we put in ourselves. The project, which was supposed to take six to eight months, ended up taking over two years – a new strip center with a Kroger was completed during that time! They repeatedly ignored critical issues like replacing our copper sink with a dirty one, installing sliding doors instead of matching our brick, and creating uneven tile work. They couldn’t even manage a simple rectangular shower bench or ensure the tiles were flush. We had paint issues, damaged door frames, and tools went missing despite assurances of a trustworthy crew. Despite bringing these problems to their attention repeatedly, they just kept asking for more money, and eventually, they simply walked off the job. They were dishonest, showed us pictures of finished projects to get us to agree to the work, and took advantage of us every step of the way. Avoid them at all costs.”

“I was really pleased with the whole experience. They delivered the project exactly as promised, on time and within budget. The team was fantastic – incredibly professional and responsive, which made everything so easy to manage. While I don’t need their services right now, I’ll definitely be using them again when my needs arise.”

“I couldn’t be happier with K&P. They were incredibly upfront and honest about the project from the start – the costs and timeline were very clear, and I highly recommend them.”

It’s a really great business – the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

“Carl, thanks for letting us know you gave K&P one star. We’re a little puzzled as we don’t have a record of you being a customer with us. Could you tell us a bit more about what led you to leave that rating?”
