It’s so rare to find a contractor who’s not only reliable – they were always on time – but also manages to stick to the budget and actually make the process enjoyable. We recently had them add an addition to our 1940s Cape Cod, including a family room, a master suite, and a patio. From the start, Ben was fantastic, explaining everything clearly and providing a detailed estimate. Then Kelly, the designer, really brought our vision to life, expertly guiding us through our selections. Stephen, our project manager, was incredible; he was constantly communicating, always on-site, and impressively kept the project on track and within budget, even with all the current supply chain issues. And to top it all off, when a small problem came up a couple of months after completion, they resolved it immediately – even on a holiday weekend! We originally hired him several years back for our master bath remodel, and he was the first person we contacted when it was time to update our kitchen plan – a 22-year-old one! He’s incredibly thorough, really taking the time to help us design the space and he uses only the best quality materials.
