  “They were really quick to provide a quote and the team seemed genuinely friendly. However, I was a little concerned because they didn’t want to put an agreement in place beforehand, and they ended up making a real mess – spilling concrete everywhere, including on a brand new retaining wall. The guy suggested spraying hydrochloric acid, which felt a bit haphazard. Ultimately, they didn't follow through on sealing the driveway, and they essentially shifted the retaining wall itself. I asked for someone to come with a saw to help fix the damage, but no one ever responded. Definitely a competitive price, but it’s really important to get everything in writing to avoid surprises and potential cleanup issues.” report abuse

  I was really disappointed with my experience. From the start, there was a concerning lack of communication and a frustrating amount of wasted time. After receiving a quote, I was bounced around between different people, and ultimately told they were too busy to proceed with my project. It felt like they were deliberately avoiding scheduling with me, which was incredibly unprofessional. Ultimately, it became clear they weren’t intending to honor their original quote. I wouldn’t recommend using their services – there are much better options out there. report abuse
