  Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Pole Building Outfitters. From start to finish, it was fantastic working with them. They were incredibly communicative the whole time, and they were so accommodating – they were happy to adjust to all my changes of mind. Everyone there went above and beyond to help, and the build itself was absolutely amazing – two days and the quality of the work is just outstanding. Their prices were great, and they added so many little touches that other companies don’t even bother with, which was truly impressive.   I’m really frustrated with the lack of communication I’ve experienced. Following my initial appointment on January 11th, I was told a quote would be sent, but I still haven’t received it. I even sent a thank you message and my email address to the technician immediately afterward. Then, after waiting three weeks, I followed up with another message, and still haven’t heard anything. It’s concerning that another client has had the same issues – a lack of response – from three weeks ago. Frankly, it feels like a recurring problem, and I don’t need to call to chase this up; I expected a prompt response after the initial site visit. report abuse

We were really impressed with the quality of the pole barn they built for us, and they offer everything from just the shell to fully customized barndominiums and man caves. What really stood out was their commitment to service; they were competitive on price, incredibly friendly and courteous throughout the whole process, and, most importantly, they showed up when they said they would to get the job done right.   Chris was fantastic to work with – he was the only contractor I spoke with who really took the time to understand the project and get things done right. He thoroughly researched the permits and provided a reasonable quote and timeline. While we did make a few changes to the original design along the way, I appreciated his professionalism and commitment to getting the boathouse rebuilt successfully. report abuse
