“We were really pleased with Balzer & Associates. When we bought our house and the adjacent property, it came with three separate lots, which created a lot of paperwork with the City. Balzer did a fantastic job surveying the land, a good portion of which is wooded, to consolidate everything into one parcel. The surveyor they sent was incredibly professional – he was very respectful of our property and didn’t damage our flower beds at all. He explained that Balzer provides thorough training, and he clearly enjoyed his work. The whole process with the City went smoothly once we reviewed the plans, and we wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.”

A neighbor had given me some information about the property line, but I wanted a professional confirmation, and I’m so glad I went with them. They were incredibly professional from the very beginning, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing a survey.”

“We were really disappointed with the surveying service. The final cost of $657 per acre was far higher than we anticipated, and we ended up paying nearly $20,000 for our entire property survey. To add to the frustration, we were initially quoted one price, but received a bill $4,000 over. We wouldn’t recommend this service.”
