  Santiago has been a fantastic contractor for us over the past 15 years – he’s consistently delivered excellent work and we’ve always found his pricing to be fair. We recently hired him for a major driveway repair, including three parking pads and an extension to the garage, and it was a really challenging job with those tree roots.   “I was really pleased with the work [Company Name] did on my driveway. From start to finish, the owner and his team were incredibly responsive and professional – they clearly take their work seriously. They worked tirelessly for three days straight, putting in a fantastic job replacing my old asphalt with concrete that seamlessly connects to my back yard pad. I was especially impressed that the foreman took the time to personally finish the concrete relief cuts. It’s been over six months now, and the concrete is still looking fantastic with no cracks at all. They did a great job with the contouring and tapering to ensure proper drainage, and they left the entire job site spotless when they were done. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will absolutely be contacting them first for any future concrete projects.” report abuse

  I was really disappointed with how this company handled their work. They started working on the concrete at 7:30 a.m. on August 30th, right outside my apartment complex, while I was still asleep. It was completely inconsiderate that they just started hammering without any warning or knocking. The dust from the concrete got into my apartment through my open window, and I felt incredibly disrespectful that they didn’t even bother to let me know what they were planning. report abuse

  “The driveway work was very poor. It’s already falling apart, with pieces separating and the concrete crumbling – it’s unbelievable for a driveway that’s only two years old. The concrete shouldn’t be failing like this.” report abuse
