I just wanted to share an amazing experience I had when my RV broke down on I-80 near Rock Springs, Wyoming. Thankfully, this mechanic shop stepped up and really saved the day! They weren’t typically an RV service place, but they were so willing to help a stranded traveler. Rick, the service manager, was fantastic – he went above and beyond to resolve some unexpected issues that came up during the repair. Jared, the mechanic who actually did the work, was incredibly attentive and worked so hard to get everything done as quickly as possible. And I really appreciated Dan or Doug (I’m not sure which it was!) who was so helpful on the initial visit, figuring out what could be done. Everyone stayed involved until the job was completely finished, and Jay in the parts department was also super efficient and got the parts to us really fast. Seriously, thank you all so much for your wonderful customer service – you guys got me back on the road in no time! We’re now safely back home in Chicago.
