  “I’d definitely recommend them for tile and carpet – the work on those projects was fantastic. However, I’d really advise against using them for glass installations. We had a significant delay getting a shower door – it took over three weeks – and they haven’t even scheduled the installation yet. To make matters worse, they haven’t returned our calls for updates, which was incredibly frustrating.” report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with the complete remodel they did upstairs – the two bathrooms, new flooring, and the kitchen all turned out fantastic. I especially appreciated the wide selection of products they offered and the quality was excellent. There were a couple of minor issues and some miscommunication along the way, but thankfully we were able to sort things out and work together to get everything completed to my satisfaction.   “I was really disappointed with the recent carpet installation and stretching in my basement. The process was incredibly frustrating, and the installer didn’t properly secure the carpet to the floor. As a result, it’s already lifting and there are large gaps between the carpet and the walls and floor. I wouldn’t recommend using this service.” report abuse

  Brandon was fantastic – really knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us with our new flooring and countertops. We were particularly impressed with his pricing, which was significantly better than other quotes we’d gotten, and he was also incredibly reliable with follow-up. report abuse
