  Emily from Factory Homes was a fantastic asset throughout the entire process. It was really reassuring to have a local contact we could easily reach out to – whether it was a quick call, a stop by, or even a text. Even when she was out of town, she always made sure to get back to us promptly. She went above and beyond to find answers and we really appreciated her dedication. She even took the time to inspect our property and joined us for the final walkthrough with the manufacturer.   Overall, working with Factory Homes Outlet was a mixed experience. Emily was a genuinely wonderful and helpful person throughout the whole process of choosing and ordering our home. However, the timeline ended up being longer than anticipated, and while the contractors they used were fantastic, the final quality of the home wasn’t quite what we’d hoped for. report abuse

  “I had a really positive experience with Champion Homes initially – the buying process was smooth and Emily was fantastic to work with. However, things unfortunately went terribly wrong once our home arrived. Despite being built quickly, it sustained damage during transport, and we’ve been stuck waiting over 30 days for them to address the issue. We’re now being told repairs will be finished and delivery is next week, but this has been incredibly stressful. We’re a month behind schedule, with the house sitting on the foundation for nearly 50 days while repairs were being made. To add to the frustration, we discovered the necessary inspections weren’t completed, and now Champion is demanding we sign a warranty because they won’t stand behind their work. Now, the trucking company is threatening legal action because Champion is holding their payment. Honestly, it’s been a complete nightmare. I really regret not seeking legal advice from the start. It’s clear Champion isn’t prioritizing their customers’ needs, and we’re left dealing with a very complicated and stressful situation.” report abuse

  This was a really disappointing experience. From start to finish, I found the company to be incredibly unreliable and lacking in professionalism. They offered numerous excuses instead of solutions, and their communication was poor. It seems like they weren't fulfilling their commitments to subcontractors, which resulted in a lot of unhappy customers, including myself. I also heard through the grapevine that they haven't updated their Facebook page – a clear sign of a lack of engagement. Specifically, I understand there’s a very unhappy customer in eastern Wyoming whose project remains unfinished. report abuse

  I’m incredibly frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience. We bought our house in July, and it’s still sitting in our driveway five weeks later! Despite countless phone calls, everyone I’ve spoken to has given me the same empty promises – telling me we’ll be taken care of and it’s a “great place.” It feels like they’re just reading from a script and completely ignoring our concerns. Honestly, I’m now pursuing legal advice because they haven’t followed through on their commitments. report abuse
