Mike from Bristol County Sealing was a lifesaver! He called us back right away, came out to take a look at the patio, and clearly explained what was going on and how it happened.   “BCSC did a fantastic job resealing my pool patio – it’s like they’ve completely brought it back to life! I’d done it myself a few years back, and unfortunately, I ended up with a green tint afterwards. Unlike that experience, BCSC’s process doesn’t cause any discoloration.   I was really impressed with Bristol County Sealing Company – they did an amazing job restoring my walkway and patio! They were so prompt and professional, and the results are fantastic; it looks brand new! I even got compliments from my neighbors, who thought the walkway had been recently installed.   “I contacted Bristol County for a quote on stamped concrete walkways, similar to the ones DeMelo & Sons Concrete Co. did for me six years ago. Mike remembered the job and arranged for DeMelo & Sons to get measurements and provide an estimate. Unfortunately, I never heard back from either the contractor or Mike – which was really disappointing, especially since I was a returning customer and expected a more attentive follow-up.” report abuse

  Honestly, I’m really disappointed with the way this situation was handled. We had our pool patio sealed, and after a heavy rain, something clearly went wrong. I contacted them to get an assessment, but they completely dismissed the issue, refusing to even take a look themselves and insisting it was pointless. I wasn’t looking for a refund; I just needed an expert opinion after they examined it. It felt like they weren’t taking my concerns seriously. Throughout the process, I sent multiple emails with photos, and they responded with a dismissive attitude, essentially saying there was no point in coming out, despite my offers to compensate them. It felt incredibly frustrating to be met with such a closed-off response, especially considering the difficulty we had coordinating due to the weather.
