  “Overall, we were absolutely thrilled with the work Jason and his team did – they really delivered! From the initial demo and installation of our engineered flooring, to the hickory hardwood and stunning oak staircase, and even the baseboard replacements, everything was done to a fantastic standard. They were consistently punctual and incredibly hardworking. Rody’s tile work in the laundry and powder rooms was also impeccable. We really appreciated John and Megan’s help with the quote and ordering process – they were communicative and accommodating. However, we did have a slight issue regarding some custom-made items that were included in the quote. We weren’t fully aware of the ‘flush look’ option and unfortunately, those items ended up being pricey and unused. It would have been helpful to have a clearer discussion upfront about that possibility. Additionally, there were a couple of moments where the communication felt a little strained. The owner seemed frustrated when I raised a question about a change order form, and I felt her response could have been more customer-focused. Despite these isolated incidents, the quality of the work is outstanding, the pricing was competitive, and we’d wholeheartedly recommend this team for future projects.” report abuse
