  Tim was absolutely incredible! We were in a complete panic with a water heater emergency on a Saturday, and he really stepped up to the plate. He not only got us a new water heater and had it delivered and installed, but he even went out of his way to get the necessary parts – all within the same day! He and his partner were so professional, friendly, and worked tirelessly to get everything sorted out. We’re incredibly grateful for their amazing service and will definitely be using them again if we need anything in the future. report abuse

  “Tim was fantastic! I called him over the July 4th holiday weekend, and he immediately answered. He quickly understood the urgency of my plumbing issue – a leaky shower/tub – and managed to get me scheduled and the problem fixed on the same day.   “I couldn’t have asked for a better response when my sump pump suddenly failed on Thanksgiving evening – it was a complete disaster! This company was fantastic; they answered the call immediately and were there within an hour. They quickly replaced the faulty part and were gone in under half an hour.   “I was really pleased with the team – they were both very responsive and friendly, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. We had a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink and a faulty dishwasher installation that needed fixing, and they handled both issues really well.   I’m really disappointed with my experience. I scheduled an appointment and the staff never arrived. It was a complete waste of my time and unfortunately reflected poorly on me as I was arranging an appointment for a client. I wouldn’t recommend this service. report abuse
