  Honestly, we’re so pleased with the new concrete patio XL Services installed for us. The workmanship is fantastic – truly top-notch quality. But what really impressed us was their exceptional service. They were always prompt, incredibly respectful of our property, and left the work area spotless every single day. Communication was fantastic too; they kept us updated on everything, especially when the rain caused a slight delay, and we really appreciated them letting us know in advance.   Xan did an absolutely fantastic job with our new concrete sidewalk and driveway. He was so professional and easy to work with – unlike some contractors we’d spoken to, he consistently returned our calls and took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all our questions patiently. He was really responsive to our requests for a few small touch-ups as the work progressed, and his crew was always there on time. The yard was left spotless, and we really appreciated his proactive approach. The only slight hiccup was accidentally severing our cable line, but he immediately took responsibility and offered to cover all the repair costs. They even installed a new PVC pipe under the driveway to accommodate the cable! report abuse
