  I’m incredibly disappointed with Hann & Hann. After nearly two years, they’ve repeatedly failed to deliver a decent product or service. They installed some seriously poorly designed items in our community, and we’ve had to call them back countless times for repairs. It feels like they just slap some paint on things and re-install the same faulty product, never truly addressing the underlying problem. Honestly, it feels like they’re only motivated by the money from these ongoing maintenance calls. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I’m left with no other option than to express how frustrating this has been. It’s completely unacceptable to have to deal with the same issues repeatedly for so long. I’d strongly advise anyone considering this company to proceed with extreme caution – you could end up wasting your time and money. report abuse

  I hired Hann & Hann in 2015 to reglaze my bathtub, and initially, everything seemed fine. The technician, Todd Tunnell, was really pleasant and explained the process clearly. I paid around $1800 - $2000 for the job, which was just right for a 36” x 36” tub. However, within six months, the glaze started peeling, and it only got worse over time. I contacted Todd Tunnell to get it addressed, but he’d left the company and no one responded to my messages. I tried again a couple of times, leaving messages, but still received no reply. Now, two years later, the entire tub is covered in peeling glaze. It turns out a plumber noticed the job was never properly prepared – the original pink glaze was still perfectly intact, so the new reglaze simply didn't stick. Hann & Hann hasn’t even acknowledged the problem or offered a solution. It’s incredibly frustrating – they delivered substandard work and then completely ignored my attempts to resolve it. report abuse

  “I was incredibly disappointed with this company’s service. From the very start, it felt like they were just trying to quickly fix a small issue, but the result was disastrous – my condo flooded, and the repair work was shockingly poor.
