  I’m so incredibly disappointed with this experience. The customer service was awful, and the quality of the work was shockingly poor. Less than a year after installation, both gates are already malfunctioning. They sent someone out to “fix” one of them, but now it’s completely unusable – it doesn’t open! And the other gate still won’t lock. Honestly, I strongly recommend looking for a different company; this was a really frustrating and unreliable service. report abuse

  Honestly, the salesperson who visited my house on August 24th was a really difficult experience. He was incredibly arrogant and just kept talking over me. It felt like a huge waste of time, and I don’t think he had any idea what he was doing.
