  Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the work HAUS, Becky, and Mary did for me. From the very beginning, it was just a fantastic experience. Becky really got my vision – she immediately understood my style and personality, which was so refreshing; she actually spoke with *me*, not just a coordinator. She didn’t try to force anything on me, but instead, she listened carefully to what I wanted, even down to the custom library I’d been dreaming of. She brilliantly used my own artwork as inspiration and turned my ideas into a truly beautiful and sophisticated design that felt completely authentic. And she found gorgeous, unique pieces that fit perfectly within my budget. It’s clear Becky’s a design expert – she thought of details I never would have considered on my own. Mary deserves a huge shout-out too; she was incredible at keeping everything running smoothly, from the design itself to picking out the furniture and coordinating with the contractor. It was amazing how she managed the whole project! I’m already planning a second design phase with them, and I’m so grateful for the incredible talent and dedication at HAUS – their commitment to transforming lives through great interiors is truly evident. report abuse

  I’m really frustrated with the experience I’ve had with this order. I received the lights for my new home about a month ago, and only recently installed them. Unfortunately, one of the lights stopped working, and I’ve been trying to get a replacement sent out for over a month now with no success. Despite several assurances, I still haven't received a replacement, and I’m incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication and the overall customer service. This has been the most frustrating purchase I’ve made for my new home, and I need a solution quickly – I’d really appreciate it if you could send the replacement light right away and provide me with tracking details so I can follow up on its delivery. report abuse

  “Kirsten and her team were absolutely fantastic to work with! From the start, they brought so much talent and creativity to our project – they completely redesigned our first level, which included a beautiful remodel and expansion of our kitchen, dining room, family room, a new mudroom, and screened porch. Honestly, my husband and I had pretty firm ideas about what we wanted, but Kirsten and Becky really helped us see the potential for even more stylish and practical designs. What I really appreciated was that they didn't just agree with everything we said; they gently introduced us to some fantastic alternative ideas. And once we’d made up our minds, they were brilliant at incorporating those ideas seamlessly. They were also incredibly responsive and kept us perfectly on track throughout the entire process. We’ve discovered so many lovely, detailed elements we never would have considered ourselves – it’s all thanks to Kirsten's expertise and wonderful taste.
