  I was so pleased with the work John and Dottie did on my trailer gate. When it broke, John assessed the damage and estimated it would take around 3-4 hours at $90 an hour. Given that I’d purchased the trailer over 15 years ago, I wasn’t keen on a hefty repair bill. I asked if a shorter job – maybe two hours – would suffice, and they were happy to try. They called the next day to let me know the job was finished in just one hour, costing $90. I was absolutely thrilled with the quick and affordable solution! The repair was perfect, and I really appreciate their honesty and integrity – it’s so refreshing to find a business that stands by its word. I wholeheartedly recommend them! report abuse

  “I brought in an aluminum table leg for a quick weld – we’d discussed getting it done before Saturday. However, I was told the welder was unavailable due to surgery, and I was asked to pick it up on Friday. I arrived with plenty of time to spare, but the team had already left for the day. It was frustrating to not get an update and then couldn’t reach the office by phone. Honestly, the lack of communication was a real issue and needs to be addressed.” report abuse
