  “We were so pleased with the work Yaro and the Premier team – Slava and Pasha – did to repair our windows. Yaro’s initial assessment was thorough and reassuring; he correctly identified that the problem wasn't broken seals, just a lot of dirt. Then Slava and Pasha really went above and beyond. They did fantastic work restoring the windows, even uncovering and fixing extensive hidden water damage that we hadn't even realized was there. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and kept the whole area spotless.   “The estimator gave me the wrong date for the window replacement, by almost a week, and then actually came to do the work. However, while he was there, he used my restroom without flushing it – which was really unpleasant. Thankfully, the window replacement itself was done well.” report abuse

They completely replaced the rotten window sashes on our three large windows, resealed the glass, painted and caulked the rest, and did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves. Because our windows were old wood and no longer available, they saved us a huge amount of money compared to a full replacement.   “I couldn’t be happier with the work Alex and his team did on our windows. They came out twice – once to tackle some dry rot around the frames and another time to repair and upgrade our sills with PVC. The results were fantastic; the windows look brand new and the sills are better than ever.
