I initially requested a quote for a small four-season porch back in January, and despite being told multiple times – up to May – that I’d receive it, I never did. This has been a recurring issue over the past three years, and I’ve even tried speaking with different representatives hoping for a better response, but nothing changed. While their location was convenient, I’m just not satisfied with the level of service I’ve received and need to find a contractor who can actually deliver on their promises.”
