  I absolutely love my new backsplash! I’d been searching for months at the big box stores, but just couldn’t find anything that fit my style and budget. Then, by pure chance, I drove by The Tile Outlet on my way to St Cloud and found the *perfect* tile. I’m so incredibly happy with the tile itself, and the service was fantastic. More recently, I was completely overwhelmed about choosing the right grout and sealer. I called them back and Colleen was just amazing – she didn't even know me, but she went above and beyond by looking online to find a product that would work for my project, even though I live quite a distance away. Seriously, what a wonderful experience! C really helped me narrow down my tile choices for the shower during the tent sale, and M expertly measured and installed the shower exactly to my specifications. They even connected us with Premiere Stone for the countertop, which was installed flawlessly. What really stood out was their patience; they never rushed me, and they stuck to their timeline.   We were absolutely thrilled with the service we received from Flooring Avenue! Colleen went above and beyond to help us find the best and most affordable way to replace all seven of our countertops and vanities. She personally researched their inventory and product lines, which was incredibly helpful. Mark even came out during the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for better attention to detail.
