  Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. I spent months trying to get a quote for my log home, and they were completely unresponsive. It became clear they weren't interested, and it was incredibly unprofessional that another contractor referred me to them in the first place – he seemed embarrassed by it.   I was incredibly disappointed with my experience working with this company. They operated in a really unprofessional manner – they initially didn’t disclose a mistake in ordering materials and then attempted to pressure me out of the contract even though the job wasn’t finished. The owner’s behavior was particularly concerning; they abruptly hung up on me, which felt incredibly immature and showed a lack of respect.
