  “I’m absolutely thrilled with my new door! Just four days in and I’ve already gotten so many compliments – it’s a beautiful design and incredibly well-built. Plus, I’m already noticing a difference in my energy bills, which is a fantastic bonus. I really want to give a huge shout-out to Ron and Jeff; they were both fantastic to work with, and their workmanship was truly top-notch.   Overall, I was pleased with MasterSeal’s security doors, particularly regarding their quality and security features. The doors themselves are very sturdy, with robust locks and door knobs, and they definitely feel like a genuine security upgrade. Ron, the installer, was fantastic – punctual, professional, and went above and beyond, even taking the time to remove some old hardware for me. The office staff were also consistently helpful and friendly, quickly addressing my questions and order changes. However, I’d give them a 4-star rating due to a few key issues. The biggest concern was the misalignment of the lock rail on the new front door with my existing wooden door. This was a surprising oversight that impacted the appearance of my house, and it’s something I wish I’d been informed about before ordering. Also, I found the turning mechanism on the door knob quite stiff, requiring extra effort to operate, which might be a consideration for those with mobility issues. My only other concern was the lack of COVID-19 precautions taken by the salesperson during the in-home consultation. While I appreciate his responsiveness, I felt it wasn't advisable given the current CDC guidelines. Finally, I would have appreciated it if the MasterSeal vehicle had some identifying markings – just for a bit of added peace of mind. report abuse

  “Overall, the quality of the front door itself seemed decent, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. We waited over two months for delivery and installation, and upon completion, the frame was shockingly poorly installed – it looked like pieces of wood and particle board were just stuffed into the frame. The rain has clearly caused this material to swell, which is preventing the door from closing correctly. To make matters worse, after I briefly left the house, the door swung open during a storm and is now damaged. Frankly, I dread having to contact this company for repairs. It's concerning that a brand new door is already needing attention, and I also want to echo what other reviewers have said about the customer service representative being quite rude.” report abuse

  Honestly, my experience at this dealership was really disappointing. The general manager arrived late, citing a serious accident, and immediately walked across my brand new rug with his shoes on – it felt completely unprofessional from the start. He immediately launched into a sales pitch, throwing around numbers like $2950 and $1500 without any real conversation or understanding of my needs. It felt like a used car auction. The whole thing was incredibly rushed, and he just seemed to be checking a box. Then, at the end, he tried to pressure me into signing a contract without any details or quotes, even threatening to raise the price if I didn’t agree right away. I’d been recommended this company by a friend, so I had high hopes, but I left feeling extremely dissatisfied with the entire process. report abuse

  “I wholeheartedly recommend this company! I was referred to them, and I’m so pleased with the work they did – both on my front and back doors. I actually had my old faux French doors converted into a patio door, and they also added a security gate and upgraded my front door with a security door. The team was fantastic – incredibly professional, courteous, and they were really meticulous about keeping everything tidy. I don’t anticipate needing any more doors in the future, but I’ll absolutely be recommending them to anyone.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience purchasing security doors from Master Seal. Initially, the doors seemed like a good investment, and they worked well for about two months after installation. However, after just one year, the quality has started to fail – the door knobs are now falling off. I contacted Master Seal repeatedly to get this resolved, and frankly, the customer service was appalling. Carroll, the receptionist, was incredibly rude, hanging up on me and disputing how customers were being treated. Worse still, Bill, a customer service manager at Marks Lock, assured me the installation was incorrect, despite my contacting Marks Lock to inquire about the security of the doors themselves. Despite this, the installation manager at Master Seal continued to make false promises about fixing the problem. Because of Master Seal’s lack of expertise in proper installation and their terrible customer service, I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them. You’re simply going to be left with a substandard product and a feeling of being completely misled – especially when you’re paying for “security.” report abuse
