“I really appreciated my recent conversation with Mr. Joshua – he was such a helpful and insightful gentleman. Although we couldn’t quite finalize a design within my budget, he gave me an incredible amount of information to really get started on finding my first home. He clearly laid out the steps I need to take and helped me visualize my dream. I’m definitely interested in working with Mr. Joshua again in the future, especially given his expertise and the valuable insights he offered – I’m looking forward to the possibility.”

“I recently spoke with Joshua to get a quote for a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house, and unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed with the experience. From the start, he seemed dismissive of my plans and my understanding of construction. He immediately questioned the feasibility of a 2600 square foot home with that many bedrooms, despite my experience with CAD and building codes. When I explained our budget of $400,000 and current quotes around $165 per square foot, he laughed and insisted it was impossible. The conversation quickly became incredibly rude, culminating in him stating he didn’t think we were on the same page. Honestly, it was the most disrespectful phone call I’ve had in a long time. Based on this interaction, I cannot recommend this firm.”

“I was really impressed with JCA Design Group – Joshua and Carolyn were fantastic. They treated my small remodel project with the same level of care and attention you’d expect from a full-scale house design. They were incredibly responsive and always available to answer my questions, which gave me a real sense of confidence. I’ll definitely be calling them if I ever need design work in the future.”

“I was really pleased with Josh and his team’s work on our project – the final result looks fantastic! They tackled some tricky aspects of the roofline and other logistical hurdles really well, and I’d absolutely recommend them for future projects.”
