  I was absolutely thrilled with the work Detroit Build did for my renovation! My neighbor’s recommendation led me to them, and from the very first phone call, I was really impressed with their professionalism. They quickly developed a plan and gave me a clear timeline for the project, and amazingly, they finished the work a week ahead of schedule.   Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the work Detroit Build did on my home. I was in a really tough spot – I’d hired a previous contractor who just wasn’t able to complete the job, and finding someone willing to take it on in Detroit was incredibly difficult. They really stepped up and finished the entire renovation of my vacant house, which involved a full overhaul – everything from framing and plumbing to drywall, electrical, tile, and even the kitchen cabinets and countertops. What impressed me most was the skill and professionalism of all the tradespeople they worked with. They were all fantastic at offering creative solutions to any challenges that came up during the renovation. Plus, Detroit Build handled everything related to the bank loan seamlessly.   Honestly, Detroit Build has been fantastic for us. We’d been using them for a few years now and consistently got great results. Recently, we found a beautiful house in Rochester Hills that was a bit of a fixer-upper, and we were completely overwhelmed. Thankfully, we contacted Seabrook and he came out to see the property with us. He gave us a really solid assessment and even provided an immediate estimate for the entire project. The real estate agent agreed with his assessment, and as a result, the sellers reduced the price by $160,000! We ended up buying the house, and Detroit Build not only completed the work ahead of schedule and under budget – they even caught issues the inspector had missed. The house looks absolutely stunning, and we’re so thrilled with the outcome. I've been recommending them to all my friends, and I fully intend to keep doing so.   Detroit Build did an absolutely amazing job renovating my first home. They tackled a huge range of projects – plumbing, electrical, drywall, demolition, even concrete – and it was a massive undertaking. Seriously, without Seabrook, Gina, Kristy, and George’s incredible coordination and support, I don’t know how I would have managed all the different contractors and answered all my questions.   Honestly, renovating this house was a huge undertaking – it needed a complete makeover from top to bottom, and we used conventional financing to make it happen. There were definitely a lot of changes and revisions along the way, but the team at Detroit Build was absolutely incredible. They were with us every step of the process, investing a huge amount of time in design and paperwork. We had a clear vision for what we wanted – a dream kitchen perfect for my ‘pretend cooking show’ and a luxurious master suite that felt like a boutique hotel. They completely nailed it, bringing my ideas to life with things like a professional range, quartz counters, industrial shower doors, and even a marble shower bench. We also created a fantastic main bath for the kids with a cool cement tile accent wall. Plus, they redesigned the entire first floor to fit our family’s lifestyle, adding new flooring, lighting, and all the finishing touches. There were a few unexpected hiccups, but the team handled them quickly and professionally. What really stood out was how patient, kind, and detail-oriented everyone was – from the office staff to the designers and the tradespeople. They never compromised on quality, which gave us such peace of mind.
