I was really disappointed with my experience. When I called to discuss potential services for a new lot, the initial response was incredibly dismissive – it sounded like “God, what now?” and they immediately shut down the conversation. It felt completely unprofessional, and frankly, the owner’s subsequent call to berate me for leaving a review was unacceptable. While I understand they don’t specialize in subdivisions, the rudeness and defensive reaction were concerning. I should be able to ask about services without being met with an attitude, and I expect business owners to handle feedback constructively, not demand it be removed. Based on this interaction, I’d recommend exploring other options.

Paul Montero was fantastic – truly a professional surveyor. He meticulously located all four corners of my property and provided really helpful drawings. What really stood out was his dedication; even after the final payment, he went above and beyond by working with the town to correct an issue with a misplaced marker on my property. He even sent an updated drawing to clearly show the encroachment from neighboring properties. I wholeheartedly recommend Paul A. Montero for his excellent service.

Paul really excelled in handling this challenging situation – getting the lot lines adjusted back to their original state with the town. He navigated the process incredibly well, and his pricing was very reasonable.
