  Overall, we’re really pleased with the work done on our porch. We noticed a problem with the door initially, which then revealed a bigger issue with the porch sinking. David K. from IBA was fantastic – he really took the time to investigate, spending a lot of time researching and consulting with engineers. We felt completely confident in his assessment. Then Adam, Josh, and Ian stepped in to do the work, and they were incredibly professional. They explained everything clearly, and they finished the job in a single day. We were especially grateful that they were so careful and didn't damage any of the old wiring in the garage while they were working.   Dustin Latterell was absolutely fantastic – truly one of the most professional and caring experts I’ve encountered. He went above and beyond, taking the time to explain everything about my existing system and even offered insights into the whole house and foundation. He was incredibly thorough, carefully measuring and creating detailed drawings and specifications right there on-site. What really stood out was his willingness to walk me through everything, patiently answering all my questions and discussing potential projects – both immediate and future. It was a really informative and comfortable conversation, and I left with a much better understanding of my home. He even took the time to assess my deck and suggested some simple fixes to prevent further issues, which was incredibly helpful.   Dion Rozummy and Nick Schmid were fantastic – they arrived right on time and completely resolved the issue with our bowed basement wall. They efficiently removed the previous, unsuccessful attempt and expertly installed the IBA product. Honestly, they did an amazing job! I really appreciated their willingness to answer all my questions and they were just so courteous, prompt, and friendly.   “I hired IBA to do some basement work, but unfortunately, it was a really frustrating experience. They had to come back multiple times to correct problems with their initial work, and they never even contacted the city inspectors – which I felt was a major oversight. Because of the repeated issues, I ended up having to hire a different contractor to fix everything, and thankfully IBA agreed to reimburse me. They processed the reimbursement, but then they completely dropped the ball. I’ve been chasing them for weeks for the check, and every time I contact them, I get the same response: they’ll check on it and get back to me, but they never actually follow up. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend IBA if you’re looking for a reliable contractor who will get the job done correctly the first time.” report abuse
