  “Dealing with a heat pump issue is always frustrating, but it was especially stressful with the impending snowstorm. Rood Inc. responded quickly and thankfully identified the problem. They went above and beyond to get the necessary part – which would have taken 3-5 days – and had it installed the very next day! They quickly confirmed there wasn’t an issue and even offered to address a potential line freeze due to the construction.   “I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. My water heater was severely damaged when the expansion tank failed, and the plumber essentially just assessed the damage – it was soaked in water and needed a new control panel. Instead of attempting a repair, he dismissed the issue, stating I didn’t *need* an expansion tank, despite the Arkansas Plumbing Code (Section 607.3) clearly requiring one in my situation. His attitude was incredibly unprofessional and frankly, quite rude. He didn't even try to locate replacement parts and then, unbelievably, sent me an invoice for $212.56 for a service that didn't actually fix my water heater. It felt like a blatant attempt to charge me for not doing his job, and I believe this plumber engaged in fraudulent billing practices.” report abuse

  “I was really impressed with the two gentlemen from Rood Plumbing who came to my house. They were incredibly professional, got straight to the point, and, most importantly, they actually solved my problem! I scheduled the appointment on a Tuesday and they were able to get me in the following Monday morning. They realized the existing shower cartridge was too old and broken, and while they didn’t have the exact replacement right away, they quickly put in a temporary solution and explained exactly what I needed. They offered to come back and reinstall it, but I felt confident enough to handle it myself. They were so helpful and reassuring, and I really appreciated their willingness to walk me through everything. Even my dog, who usually doesn’t like anyone, seemed to like them – which was a nice bonus! I’ve used Rood Plumbing a couple of times since then, and I haven't had a single issue.
