  “I had a really frustrating experience with one of the technicians who came to diagnose my AC unit. He immediately started suggesting I had the wrong type of refrigerant, which seemed like a strange first step. Then, he tried to push a $7,000 repair involving a new unit – it felt incredibly aggressive. I contacted a different technician who quickly identified that all I needed was a simple coil cleaning. When I brought my concerns to the service manager, she just dismissed me and accused me of lying. It was completely unacceptable. Thankfully, the owner, Eddie Rood, stepped in and was incredibly helpful in resolving the situation. He assured me this kind of behavior isn’t typical, and I truly appreciate his assistance.” report abuse

  I was really disappointed with this service. I initially called to get a quote for repairing my air conditioning unit, and was charged a $70 service call fee. However, no quote was ever provided, and they later insisted that a quote had been sent despite me never receiving it. Worse, when they finally went over the quote, it was significantly higher than the actual cost of the repair. Overall, it felt like a misleading and frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend them. report abuse

  I’m really disappointed with my experience with this business. I went with them based on a recommendation, but unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. The customer service I dealt with on the phone was incredibly rude, and the plumber made a serious error with my work order. To add to that, the quote they provided was shockingly expensive. For a company that’s been around for so long, it’s completely unacceptable. I ultimately had to cancel my job due to a lack of trust, and I’m worried the cancellation message will even be received. The poor communication between the staff and the call center was just unprofessional – it felt like they simply didn't care about their clients’ needs. It’s frustrating to feel like you’re relying on professionals and then be treated this way. report abuse
