  “I hired Bilden Fence almost four years ago, and I’m pleased to say the fence itself has been fantastic – it’s held up perfectly with no issues at all. However, my experience has been frustrating due to their lack of responsiveness. I contacted them recently because my elderly neighbors needed help fixing a fence that had been poorly installed by another company. Bilden Fence scheduled a visit for last weekend, but they never showed up and didn’t even bother to call. While I understand they’re busy, I was really disappointed by this lack of communication and professionalism. It’s important to me that companies keep their promises, and I’m hoping they’ll be in touch to actually get the job done.” report abuse
