From the very beginning, he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, patiently explaining all my options and the associated costs. The installation itself was quick and done with a real attention to detail.   “I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I contacted MAP multiple times to schedule an estimate, despite living just three miles away, and never received a return call. The receptionist was also incredibly rude and unprofessional – it was unlike anything I’ve ever encountered from a contractor.   “I’ve been incredibly pleased with MAP Insulation. They did my addition six years ago, and they were just fantastic – prompt, efficient, and really professional. When we recently started renovating our older house, we needed an estimate, and they were incredibly responsive. They called me back within two days, did the job, and had the estimate to me in just 24 hours! I’ve already hired them again, and I’m waiting for them to return, but their promised 48-hour turnaround time seems reasonable – I couldn’t be happier with their service.” report abuse

I spent weeks getting passed around by the sales person, and when I finally contacted the manager to file a complaint, I never received a response.   I had a really disappointing experience with Anderson Insulation. Honestly, I don't understand why anyone would choose them for a gas fireplace – and the level of disrespect I received during my phone call was completely unacceptable. I’ve decided to go with another company and will be letting my contractors know to avoid them. It’s a good company, but the customer service needs serious improvement. report abuse
