  “We were so thrilled with Jolt’s work on our recent wiring replacement – it was a really big job, and we knew we could trust them. John responded to our initial inquiry immediately and got us scheduled quickly. The crew, led by Steve, were fantastic. They arrived right on time, were incredibly professional, and Steve took the time to explain everything clearly, which was especially important with the kids needing to stay connected while the work was being done. He was really proactive about letting us know when the power would be out and made sure we had a plan. They were also completely transparent about what they found – both good news (which resulted in a credit) and unexpected issues, and they handled everything fairly. Honestly, it was a seamless experience, and they left our house looking better than ever! We’ve used Jolt for several projects before, and we consistently get top-notch service.   “I was incredibly impressed with Steve and the team. Steve was right on time and took the time to really understand what we needed, even going the extra mile to assess our new appliances. He was so meticulous – he made sure the wall switch plate was perfectly level and cleaned up everything afterward.   “We absolutely loved working with John and the team at Jolt Electric. Honestly, they were by far the best electrical contractor we’ve ever dealt with – my uncle, who’s been in the construction business for over 30 years, was incredibly impressed with their professionalism and the way they ran their operation. From the very beginning, they were responsive, thorough, and clearly focused on providing excellent value. What really stood out was John himself. He was a fantastic communicator, always answering our calls and offering really insightful advice, especially when we were tackling the tricky job of removing our old knob and tube wiring to take advantage of the Mass Save program. Keith, the lead electrician on our project, was equally impressive – incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and always kept us in the loop. We felt completely confident leaving them access to our home through a lockbox, knowing they’d communicate promptly about any small issues. And while we did add a few extra things during the project, the final bill was remarkably close to the original quote, which we really appreciated. Beyond the quality of their work, John is just a genuinely nice guy – it’s clear he values his family and takes pride in his business.
