  Salem Overhead Door really went above and beyond to help us with our garage door problem. From the start, they were incredibly helpful and easy to work with – patient, informative, and always willing to answer our questions, whether on the phone or in person. They efficiently scheduled appointments with both the repair and installation teams, giving us all the information we needed to make the best decision. Thankfully, they were able to successfully repair our door, and they never pushed us towards a full replacement.   Overall, I couldn’t be happier with Salem Overhead. They replaced both of our garage doors and did a fantastic job – truly awesome! Bill was a huge help, really listened to what we were looking for, and didn't pressure us into anything expensive. The doors look beautiful, and the installation was quick and really professional.   “I absolutely couldn’t recommend Salem Overhead Door any higher! I was ordering two garage doors for my dad in Beverly from out of state, and they went above and beyond every step of the way. The service was fantastic, incredibly efficient and thorough, and the quality of the doors was outstanding.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Salem Overhead Door. Their employee caused significant damage to my property, and frankly, they’ve been completely unresponsive and unwilling to take any responsibility. They haven’t denied that the damage occurred, acknowledged the police citations issued to their driver, or admitted fault. Instead, their insurance company is refusing to cover the costs. It’s just unacceptable behavior from a company that wants to portray itself as professional. Honestly, I’d advise anyone considering Salem Overhead Door to proceed with extreme caution – you’ll likely need to involve a lawyer if anything goes wrong. I’m so glad I wasn’t dealing with a warranty claim, but I strongly recommend finding a different company.” report abuse

  “Salem OH Door was fantastic! They responded so quickly when our garage door spring broke right before a snowstorm. They sent someone out the next day to completely replace the springs, install safety wires, and service all the equipment.
