  Overall, the roofing work itself was really well done – a solid, professional job. However, the cleanup after the job was a major letdown. After they finished replacing my roof, I was left with a huge mess: nails scattered throughout my yard and my neighbor’s, broken shingles everywhere, and a lot of other debris. They had all the protective coverings for the house, but didn’t bother using them. It was particularly frustrating because my puppy was getting into all the leftover trash and constantly stepping on the nails. It’s a shame to only receive two stars because they did a great job with the roof replacement, but the lack of proper cleanup ultimately resulted in a bill from my landscaping company. report abuse

  Rodney and his crew were absolutely fantastic! I’ve spent 23 years in the trades, working on some beautiful historic homes, and I can honestly say they’re some of the most dedicated and professional people I’ve ever encountered. They treated our house like it was their own, and they went above and beyond to ensure it was perfectly sealed and insulated. They were even incredibly thoughtful, offering to help with our dog – which was a really nice touch. The site was spotless when they were finished, and I wholeheartedly recommend them; I’ll definitely be using their services on future projects myself. report abuse

  Honestly, this group was incredibly disruptive. Starting as early as 7 am, they were consistently incredibly loud, with constant screaming and raucous laughter that went on and on until 5 or 6 in the evening. Any attempts to speak with them were met with laughter and a complete disregard for our concerns. To make matters worse, they left a huge mess wherever they went. report abuse
