Honestly, our experience with this company was incredibly frustrating and ultimately unacceptable. They initially promised a four-month timeframe from our deposit in November 2018, but it took nearly two years to complete the work, and even then, it wasn’t done properly. We had a massive amount of turnover within the company, coupled with shockingly poor communication – often involving outright lies when we asked for updates. The worksite was consistently dirty, and there was standing water in several units due to the property having been repossessed. Despite repeated assurances that they’d be finished in four weeks, they consistently delayed, offering vague timelines that never materialized. To add to the problem, the company president faced serious fines related to unsafe working conditions that tragically resulted in the deaths of two employees. Because of all of this, we strongly advise against using this company.
