  I’m so pleased with my experience working with Creative Energies. I went through quite a process researching solar companies in late 2016, interviewing around six or eight, and I’m really glad I chose Creative Energies. They’re a specialist solar company – they’ve been doing this for over 17 years, which gave me a huge sense of security. I met a few other companies that weren’t as established, and it was reassuring to see CE’s commitment. From the very beginning, everyone I interacted with – including Scott – was incredibly polished and professional. The installation crew were fantastic too; they were knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and even made a helpful adjustment to the monitoring equipment at my request. It’s clear they’re dedicated to what they do, and I have complete confidence they’ll be there to support me in the future. I initially learned about them through a U of U solar program, and their partnership with the university further solidified my decision. They also took the hassle out of dealing with Rocky Mountain Power, guiding us through the entire process.   Overall, I couldn’t be happier with Creative Energies Solar. From start to finish, they were fantastic – incredibly professional and they delivered exactly what they promised, on time and without any issues. The trench work was done perfectly, and they even cleaned up the yard afterward, leaving it just as I’d left it. They scheduled a really helpful sales call, outlining potential savings and assuring us no roof work would be needed – the estimate was fantastic. But what really impressed us was their honesty. They weren’t just trying to make a sale. Scott, their technician, took the time to thoroughly assess our situation – he even climbed on the roof to check our tree coverage. He explained that we wouldn’t see any savings for about 8-10 years and that we’d need a partial roof replacement.   Tom from Creative Energies was fantastic – truly a breath of fresh air in the solar industry. He took the time to walk me through everything involved in getting solar panels on my 1908 Victorian home, and he was incredibly thorough and honest about the specific hurdles our wooded lot presented. I really appreciate his commitment to finding a sustainable and affordable solution, and I couldn't recommend him or Creative Energies more highly.
