  John Grable is, without a doubt, the best architect I’ve worked with in South Texas, particularly if you’re looking to restore or renovate a mid-century modern home with genuine care and respect. His designs are incredibly detailed and actually look exactly as they were drawn up – a rare thing these days. I also want to stress the importance of having an architect who actively manages the contractors. John handles that aspect of the project flawlessly, ensuring his vision is brought to life accurately. Honestly, clients who try to get too involved and micromanage often end up unhappy, not realizing their own interference could be the source of the problem. It’s best to let a true professional, like John, take the reins and do what he does best. report abuse
