  “I can’t recommend this company. Just over 12 hours after closing on my home, they were demanding payment and threatened legal action to potentially take my house if I didn’t pay immediately. It was a really alarming experience, and I’d strongly advise anyone facing financial difficulties to seek a company that can offer support and understanding, rather than resorting to these kinds of threats.” report abuse

  “I was really pleased with my experience working with Brio Builders to get the epoxy flooring done in my garage. They were incredibly professional and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. They took the time to thoroughly assess my garage beforehand and identified all the necessary repairs upfront. They also provided a clear and detailed explanation of the work involved, and the invoice was very transparent about the costs. I especially appreciated how they proactively let me know about the reschedule due to the rain – they were very reliable.   “I can’t recommend this contractor – it was a truly awful experience. We hired them to remodel our kitchen for $50,000, and they completely botched the job. They damaged three pipes and cut through two electrical circuits, causing $18,000 in damage. The work itself is shoddy; the trim is consistently split, crooked, or damaged. Worse than that, the owner, Jim, is dishonest and doesn't keep his promises. He’s outright lied to me, and won't honor any agreements. I’m now pursuing legal action, and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through this nightmare. Be extremely cautious when considering this company – especially regarding the owner’s word.” report abuse
