  I’m incredibly disappointed with David and Valerie and their company. They misrepresented the building’s capabilities, specifically stating it met a 35 PSF ground snow load – a claim later proven false by the local building department. After receiving my deposit, they then demanded an extra $7,500 to supposedly rectify the issue, attempting to avoid any scrutiny. They refused to refund my deposit, and I’m currently pursuing legal action to recover it. I strongly advise anyone considering working with them to steer clear. report abuse
