  “I was really disappointed with my experience. I purchased extra flooring hoping to have enough on hand, and it ended up costing me a significant amount of money. I wish I’d gone with a shop in San Jose – I could have gotten the same thing for less. The biggest issue was their inflexible return policy; they don't accept returns at all, and everything is final. It felt like they just didn’t care about customer satisfaction, and their response to my concerns was simply, “that’s our policy.” It’s frustrating to see good intentions – wanting to support a local business – lead to such a wasteful outcome, with unused materials destined for the landfill.” report abuse

  I had a really frustrating experience with this business. From start to finish, it felt like a completely dismissive and unresponsive approach – unfortunately, it seemed to reflect a particular customer service style. They require 100% upfront payment and have a very long lead time of 3-4 weeks for deliveries. Worse still, any errors they make with the manufacturer are entirely the customer's responsibility. Adding to my concerns, I felt like they were actively trying to manipulate their online reviews, and I also encountered a highly unstable team with frequent employee turnover during our purchase process. It felt like they were shifting blame onto previous staff, which was incredibly unprofessional. report abuse

  Honestly, this place had a lot of potential. They had a really great selection of items, but it was so disorganized and there were no prices displayed anywhere. You really had to ask for everything, which made the whole experience frustrating and time-consuming. report abuse
