  “We’d been wanting to repaint our house for ages, and after seeing the amazing job Brad Stoner’s painters did next door, we knew we wanted to go with them. Annie and I were so pleased with how happy our neighbors were with the service – their home looked absolutely beautiful! We scheduled an appointment right away, and I had a specific color in mind. Freddy and Juan were fantastic – they showed up bright and early the first day to power wash, and Freddy brought over several color samples. Honestly, I was a bit indecisive and it took a few days, but Freddy was so patient and helpful, even driving my husband and me to see a house in the neighborhood that had the exact shade I wanted. My husband was a little frustrated with my going back and forth on colors, but Freddy was just wonderful. Despite the sweltering heat that week, they showed up every morning and worked incredibly hard until late afternoon. They were so careful to keep our yard and their supplies tidy, and they even fixed a problem with the stucco on our garage and repaired some water damage to the trim. Honestly, our house looks fantastic! It’s even better than I imagined, and Freddy and Juan really paid attention to all the little details. We had such a positive experience, and we’re already planning to have them paint the interior.   Honestly, our experience with this painting company was really frustrating. We got our house painted in April, and initially, we were pleased – the team we spoke with for the estimate were fantastic, and the painters themselves were polite. The work looked good at first, but we went on vacation for a month, and when we returned, we noticed a lot of spots needed touch-up. After the field manager addressed the issue, things got worse. The second crew didn’t fully fix everything, and they used the wrong color for a touch-up in the bathroom. Then, they accidentally damaged our bookshelf and are now arguing about a refund. To add to the problem, we discovered that several walls hadn’t been properly double-coated, requiring them to repaint almost all of the bathrooms and half of the master bedroom. They even painted our bedding and a jacket! It was a huge hassle, especially with a toddler and I was eight months pregnant at the time. After all that work, we’re still dealing with peeling paint on our son’s door and paint marks on our door frame – it’s barely a year and I'm constantly having to touch things up. It’s incredibly disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend them based on our experience. report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with this painting company. The crew was incredibly reliable, always on time and worked incredibly hard. They were also fantastic to deal with – they handled my request to change the exterior paint color with grace, even though it did cause a slight delay and I covered all the extra costs. Honestly, they're just top-notch. I’ve had my house painted many times over the past 40 years, and these guys are truly the best I’ve ever worked with.   “I’ve been really pleased with Brad Stoner Painting – I’ve had them do both my interior and exterior painting, and they did a fantastic job. They took the time to do a lot of prep work, and applied two coats where necessary. They were incredibly reliable, starting right on schedule and finishing ahead of expectations.   Overall, we were extremely happy with Brad Stoner Painting. They were incredibly organized, confirming our appointment the day before and always arrived on time.   Bob and Ismael were absolutely fantastic – they really were a dream team! They were incredibly professional, always punctual, and put in so much hard work. You could tell they genuinely cared about our home and property, and they were incredibly meticulous, leaving not a single speck of paint around.
