I’m incredibly disappointed with this alarm system. I’ve already had to pay $45 every time there’s been an issue with the monitor – it’s completely unacceptable. It feels like I’m constantly being charged for problems that aren't resolved. I've seen some positive reviews, but I suspect they're just incentivized by offering Visa gift cards. I need to actually experience the system and see how it performs before I can honestly recommend it; I’m not interested in reviews based solely on rewards.
