“Honestly, the job was a disaster, and I’m pretty sure it would have been significantly worse without me stepping in to correct so many mistakes. The drywall work was shockingly poor – huge gaps between the sheets and around the recessed lights, which was completely unacceptable considering it was supposed to be a soundproofing installation. They also left a huge amount of scrap drywall just lying around in my yard, and I had to constantly remind them not to use my property as a dumping ground. While the finisher did a decent job of covering up some of the worst issues, there was still a significant and inexcusable sag around one of the recessed lights. I wouldn’t hesitate to tell people to avoid hiring this company.”
-
“We’re incredibly concerned about the reaction to your recent decision regarding the wildlife relocation. The public is understandably upset, and it’s seriously damaging your business and relationships with the community. We strongly urge you to reconsider. We fully support the worker’s courageous action in freeing the animal.”
-
“The call was unfortunately unproductive – they seemed dismissive and uninterested in the issue we raised, and the explanation about being out of the country didn’t really land. It felt like they weren't prioritizing our concerns, and frankly, it highlighted a disconnect with the community’s needs.”
-
“Awesome Co. consistently delivers fantastic work and their team is always so friendly and helpful. Honestly, they’d be my top pick for a lathe and plaster company, not just in California, but across the whole country.”
-
RFJ did a fantastic job – they were really efficient, kept the space tidy, and delivered exactly what I envisioned. Well done!
-
Okay, here’s a natural-sounding rewrite of that statement: “Frankly, our experience with this company was incredibly disappointing and, to be honest, quite unpleasant. They seemed to lack any regard for the client or the project.”
-
The crew was really solid – a good team overall.
