Frank’s plumbers did a couple of smaller jobs for us here in San Francisco, but unfortunately, the experience was incredibly frustrating. They left after just 2.5 hours, assuring us everything was resolved, but one of the problems they addressed was actually worse than before. When we called to have them return and fix it – a simple 15-minute job – they tried to charge us an extra service hour. We ended up paying $660 for work that was fundamentally flawed, and then they argued with us about it. It felt like they were trying to deny the obvious and make us feel like we were mistaken. Frank even questioned whether I was actually present during the work, which was completely unbelievable. Ultimately, the issues they didn’t fix have now caused significant water damage, and we’re looking at a substantial expense to get everything properly repaired. It’s clear they weren’t listening to our concerns, and we’re left with a very poor outcome.”

It’s been difficult to get in touch with them to schedule work for my elderly neighbor, and I’m really puzzled by the communication issues going on internally. It’s disappointing because when they *are* on the job, they seem to be good plumbers, but the inconsistent service and lack of communication are proving to be a real problem.

Frankie’s team did an absolutely fantastic job! They were really efficient and quickly identified and fixed the leak, along with replacing the damaged pipes. I was particularly impressed with how well they navigated those tight spaces – they did a truly great job overall, and I’d definitely recommend them.

Also, she wasn’t willing to wear a mask in our home, which we unfortunately found concerning. Ultimately, the issue required a replacement handle, costing the warranty company $125.
