  Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Safety Service Scaffolding. As a first-time user of a scaffolding service and someone not familiar with the area, they really took the stress out of painting my parents’ house. From the initial call to the final takedown, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I was really impressed with how responsive they were – Jose came out the same day to measure and plan everything out. Bianca was fantastic too, clearly explaining all the costs upfront, including the extra charges for netting and ladders, which was a huge relief compared to some of the negative reviews I’d read. Santiago and his team were incredibly courteous and got the job done quickly and safely, setting up the scaffolding in about an hour. They were professional and made sure everything was secure. Even when we needed to reschedule the takedown, they were prompt and accommodating. I highly recommend Safety Service Scaffolding – they did a fantastic job! report abuse

  “The crew who completed the scaffolding work for our building unfortunately displayed a significant lack of professionalism. While dismantling, they parked their truck directly on our garage ramp instead of on the street, completely blocking access. When we requested they move it, the worker was incredibly rude, telling us to wait 30 minutes and ultimately dismissing our concerns with offensive language. This behavior was unacceptable and demonstrates a complete disregard for resident access – a critical consideration we expect from any contractor.” report abuse

  I was incredibly concerned by the situation. A large metal leveling foot was left unattended on the sidewalk, and it bounced dangerously close to where I was walking – I was right between the truck and other parked cars. It could have easily struck me, and I honestly felt like I narrowly avoided a serious injury. Frankly, the term "safety" doesn’t seem to accurately describe how they were operating. report abuse
